Description From 2004-12-05 23:19:36
Did this test on Dell D505,FC2,2.6.7 kernel.

Currently, we can't set retry limit by "iwconfig eth1 retry 5" etc.
it gives error:
Error for wireless request "set retry limit"(8b28):
SET failed on device eth1;operation not supported.

set retry limit
------- Comment #6 From 2005-04-20 19:12:04 -------
ported from ipw2100 driver to enable setting retry limit in ipw2200

Need to test on different platforms to see if it is OK.
------- Comment #7 From 2005-04-20 19:53:16 -------
Setting the retry numbers work with the patch, such as "iwconfig eth1 retry
5". But setting the retry time doesn't work, such as "iwconfig eth1 retry
lifetime 300ms".
------- Comment #8 From 2005-04-20 20:04:19 -------
both 2100 and 2200 don't support lifetime, this is an optional feature.
------- Comment #9 From 2005-06-01 22:36:03 -------
The patch is not in ipw2200 1.0.4.
