If a user attempts to load the ipw2200 with the wrong version of firmware, then
the load does not fail, making it not so obvious to the user why their wireless
device is not working.

Added the fix in what will be v0.14

verified in 0.14.
Now although the driver is loaded when using incompatible firmware, the 
iwconfig doesn't give related output.
