- associate device with AP
- set frag threshold to 256 on device
- send large PING req from server to device: 'ping 10.72.2.102 -s 5000'

No PING reply is sent. The following error appears:
'ipw2200: Too many 80211 fragments, lower the device FTS'

There's no excuse for the driver to not handle such large packets. Furthermore, 
the message is incorrect since a workaround is to raise FTS, not to lower.

Test was performed on BG cards and is valid for both B and G modes.
