When scanning is forced (iwpriv eth1 scan) it doesnt stop after a while, all 
the time probe requests are sent into air (association with another AP have to 
be performed to stop the scanning process). Transmission still works fine.
Sometimes the same situation occur after loading the driver (association is 
established, but probe requests are still sent).

Repro:
Establish BSS connection
Force scanning - iwpriv eth1 scan

This fixes the buggy behavior seen when requesting a scan while already
associated
