The card is not able to start advertise its IBSS network in case that channel 
and essid are set. The card performs scans only and doesn’t send any beacons.
Repro:
-	load driver
-	perform command ‘iwconfig eth1 mode ad-hoc essid alpa channel 5’
--> card performs scans but never start sending beacons

Card behaviour can be seen after performing command 'iwconfig eth1 mode ad-hoc
essid alpa channel 5'. Card runs scans and looking for the network match. The
expectation is that it should start to send beacons after one scan where the
proper ESSID was not found. Since that the card still trying to find a match in
available networks.
